Founding partners

Joan Molist


Joan’s business journey has focused on the automotive industry, where he has worked in multi-disciplinary and international teams, as well as with leading brands.
He has amassed experience in an array of environments, which has allowed him to develop both business and communication skills. A technology lover, this engineer is skilled at understanding customer needs as well as getting the most out of extremely talented teams, and is also the driving force behind business initiatives that help boost our customers’ turnover.

Núria Bellés


Núria has had a variety of chapters over the course of her career, mostly at multinational corporations. The finest examples come from the field of communications, and over the last 10 years from the automotive industry.

Xavi Cubero


In love with creativity, Xavier is taking on the second revolution of communication from the viewpoint of someone who has already gone through major changes and is hopeful about the future. Above all he believes in ideas and their ability to balance various disciplines.
He has been helping build brands at the most important multinational companies in the industry for over 20 years, having won international distinction and awards for his clients at the most significant festivals: FIAP, Cannes, The New York Festival, and the Clio Awards.
